Pastors Napoleon & Lady Patricia Karr

Founders & Visionaries of Mountain Of The Lord · Senior Pastors, MOTL 216

Pastors Napoleon and Lady Patricia Karr are the founders and visionaries of Mountain Of The Lord. With roots in Liberia, they carry a heart for West Africa, America, and to the ends of the earth by God’s grace in Jesus name.

In September 2002, God placed a vision in their hearts, and they founded Mountain Of The Lord — a ministry built on prayer, worship, and the Word of God. That vision now reaches every MOTL church, from Ohio to Miami, Texas, and Liberia, and together they lead MOTL 216 in Rocky River, Ohio.

In June 2005, Minister Thomas Salukombo first connected to the Mountain Of The Lord family under their leadership. Two decades later, in June 2025, MOTL 216 and MOTL 305 in Miami joined together as partners in reaching the world with the love of Christ Jesus, one person at a time.

Above all, Pastors Napoleon and Lady Patricia are willing vessels for the move of Jesus upon the earth — yielded to the Holy Spirit, faithful to the call, and ready to go wherever God leads, until every nation hears the good news.
